Chemical rotor pumps are customized to meet customers' special working conditions. The pump body and pump cover are equipped with additional insulation jackets; for pumps handling special materials, the pump body, pump cover, and rotors undergo hardening treatment, and the pumps adopt a double-support structure.
The insulation jackets can heat the pump body using steam, hot water, or heat-conducting fluid, preventing materials from solidifying on the pump body and the end faces of the dynamic and static rings. This avoids pump jamming during startup and damage to the mechanical seal, thereby protecting the mechanical seal.
This type of pump is suitable for working conditions where the viscosity of the material is significantly affected by temperature.
