This product adopts two rotors operating synchronously, which are driven by a pair of synchronous gears inside the pump casing. Driven by the main shaft and auxiliary shaft, the rotors rotate synchronously in opposite directions, causing changes in the inner cavity of the pump. This forms a relatively high degree of vacuum and discharge pressure, making the pump more suitable for transferring sanitary-grade media and corrosive media with high viscosity.
The manufacturing standards of this product cover five major series, namely food-grade, standard-grade, special-grade, chemical-grade and oil-grade. In terms of structure, it is divided into two categories: high-pressure & high-viscosity type and high-pressure & low-viscosity type.
