Twin-screw pump

    Product Overview

    The twin-screw pump is a rotary positive-displacement volumetric screw rotor pump, capable of conveying a variety of liquid media, including those with extremely high viscosity. By selecting appropriate materials, it can also handle corrosive media.
    Twin-screw pumps have strong self-priming capability and can achieve gas-liquid mixed transportation. There is no contact between the rotating elements that convey the medium, nor between the rotating elements and the stator.
    Twin-screw pumps are available in various types, such as horizontal, vertical, and structures with heat-insulating jackets.

    • High differential pressure conveying capacity: Achieved through the optimized design of the driving shaft, driven shaft, screw sleeve, and mechanical seal assembly.
    • Compact structure: Realized via the shortened design of key components.
    • Pressure resistance: The pump body in the flow passage section can withstand a pressure of up to 0.4MPa; the mechanical seal is of a cartridge type, featuring high reliability in withstanding back pressure.
    • High reliability: The wear-resistant screw material enables the pump to withstand occasional contact and jamming caused by solid particles.
    • Pulsation-free conveying: During the pumping process, the medium is not agitated, squeezed, or sheared.
    • Easy maintenance: The bearing housing does not need to be disassembled when replacing the screw sleeve.
    • Flexibility: It has a certain self-priming capacity, and the pump speed can be adjusted to adapt to more application working conditions.
    • Low vibration: The pump operates stably without vibration even under working conditions such as low inlet pressure, low-viscosity media, and high-pressure conveying.
    • Low noise: Its working principle essentially eliminates pressure fluctuations, thus reducing noise.
    • Wide application range: It can convey materials with high, medium, and low viscosities.
    • More optional functions: It can be equipped with CIP (Clean-in-Place) online cleaning pipelines, and the mechanical seal can be optionally equipped with functions such as lubrication, cooling, and self-flushing.
